Have your say…

Glenbrook are inviting local residents, community groups and businesses back to share their views on the updated design proposals for Birley Fields for a second round of consultation, following the success of our first consultation in July earlier this year.

Your original feedback has been integral to the evolution of the scheme, and we’re excited to hear your thoughts on our updated proposals.

Join The Consultation

The second phase of consultation on the proposals will run from 15th October to 5th November 2026. If you cannot attend our drop-in sessions, please feel free to fill out our feedback form.

You can also email us at: ukdeloitteconsultation@deloitte.co.uk

Z-Arts, 335 Stretford Road, M15 5ZA Wednesday 21st October 4-6pm

About the Proposals

Glenbrook is bringing forward proposals for Birley Fields that would deliver a residential scheme of 100% affordable homes, alongside new public realm, improved walking and cycling routes and spaces designed to support everyday community life.

Our vision is to create an affordable and sustainable neighbourhood for Hulme which responds to local needs.
